Terms of Service

■ 予約申込／Booking Process
予約申込画面にて、撮影日・枠（午前または午後）・ご参加人数をお選びください。
お申し込みは先着順とし、全額のお支払い完了をもって確定となります。
Please select your preferred date, time slot (Morning or Afternoon), and the number of participants on the booking page. Bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation will be officially confirmed only after full payment has been received.

■ 申込締切／Reservation Deadline
撮影日の3日前 23:59（日本時間）まで
例：3月8日の撮影の場合、3月5日の23:59まで
By 11:59 PM (JST), 3 days before your photoshoot date.
Example: For a session on March 5th, the deadline is 11:59 PM (JST) on March 3rd.

◼️キャンセルポリシー／Cancellation Policy
予約の変更・キャンセルは、撮影の48時間前まで予約サイトから行えます。それ以降の変更・キャンセルにつきましては、直接お問い合わせフォームにてご連絡ください。
・撮影日の5日前まで：全額返金
・4日前〜2日前：50％返金
・前日・当日：返金不可（100%）
※ いかなる返金の場合も、決済手数料（6.0％）を差し引いた金額でのご返金となります。
You can change or cancel your reservation through the booking website up to 48 hours before your photo session. For any changes or cancellations after this time, please contact us directly via the contact form.
・5 days or more before the shoot date: 100% Refund
・4 to 2 days before: 50% Refund
・1 day before or on the day of the shoot: No Refund (100% Charge)
Note: For all refunds, a 6.0% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.

・クレジットカード
・銀行振込（日本国内のみ。別途ご連絡ください。）
※ 海外在住のお客様は、クレジットカード決済をご利用ください。
・Credit Card
・Bank Transfer (Domestic Japan only)
Note: Customers residing outside Japan are kindly requested to pay via credit card.

■ 料金・返金について／Fees and Refunds
・すべての料金および返金は日本円で行われます。
・為替レートや銀行、クレジットカード会社による手数料等により発生した差額・損失は、返金対象外となります。
・All transactions, including refunds, will be conducted in Japanese Yen (JPY).
・Please note that any discrepancies or losses resulting from exchange rate changes or fees charged by your bank or credit card provider are outside the scope of our refund policy.

■ 天候・不可抗力について／Weather & Force Majeure
・悪天候の場合は、圏内の屋内施設での撮影となる場合があります。
・天候、災害、その他やむを得ない事情により主催者判断で中止となる場合は、全額返金いたします。
・In case of inclement weather, we may relocate the photoshoot to a nearby indoor location.
・If we decide to cancel the session due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond our control, you will receive a 100% refund.

■ 日時変更・遅刻について／Rescheduling and Late Arrival
・お申し込み確定後の日程・枠の変更は原則としてお受けできません。
・集合時間に遅れた場合、撮影時間の短縮または撮影不可となる場合があります。その場合の返金はいたしかねます。
・In principle, we cannot accept requests to change the date or time slot once your booking is confirmed.
・If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened or canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

■ 着物の取り扱いおよび損傷・汚損について／Kimono Care and Damages
撮影時に着用いただく着物は、丁寧なお取り扱いをお願いいたします。
着物への香移り防止のため、香りの強い香水や柔軟剤、整髪料等のご使用はご遠慮ください。
お客様の故意または過失により、着物に著しい汚損・破損・修復不可能な損傷が生じた場合、クリーニング費用、修繕費用、または再調達にかかる実費を請求させていただく場合がございます。
通常の着用に伴う軽微な汚れや自然な使用による消耗については、追加請求はいたしません。
なお、損傷の程度および賠償金額の判断は、当方にて合理的な基準に基づき行うものとし、その判断に基づきご請求させていただきます。

Please handle the kimono with care throughout your session.
To prevent lingering odors on the fabric, please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, scented fabric softeners, or hair styling products.
In the event of significant staining, breakage, or irreparable damage caused by intentional misuse or negligence, you may be charged for specialized cleaning, repair, or the actual cost of replacement.
Additional charges will not apply to minor stains or natural wear and tear incurred during normal, appropriate use.
The assessment of the damage and the final amount for compensation will be determined by us based on reasonable standards.
